K-Food Fair Lands in New Delhi for First Time
Korean government brings gimbap, ginseng wine, and kombucha to South Asian buyers
South Korea brought its food export push to New Delhi this week, with the K-Food Fair 2026 running July 30 to August 2, 2026. The event was organised by South Korea's Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and the Korea Agro-Fisheries and Food Trade Corporation.
The fair split into two formats: a B2B Export Consultation at Pullman Hotel, New Delhi Aerocity, drawing around 50 buyer companies from South Asia, followed by a B2C consumer event at Ambience Mall on August 1 and 2. Frozen gimbap, ginseng wine, and kombucha were standout products, generating enough interest to result in signed MOUs.

Bas yahi chahiye tha. Korea is clearly betting on India as its next big food export market.
