Amichi Opens: 16-Seat Neapolitan Spot in Bandra
Mac Ronells Bungalow gets a serious pizza address
Bandra West has a new Neapolitan contender. Amichi, an intimate 16-seater pizzeria, has opened inside Mac Ronells Bungalow, pitching itself as a destination for authentic Italian food in Bombay.
The menu is focused and deliberate. Pizza options include a Margherita, Burrata Con Pesto, Diavola, Parma Ham, and the signature Pizza Amichi. Antipasti runs to Mozzarella in Carrozza and Parmigiana di Melanzane. Desserts round out with Tiramisu Profiterole, Panna Cotta, and Caprese. No shortcuts on the Italian classics.
Sixteen seats keep the room tight and the kitchen accountable. Bandra's appetite for this kind of format has proven itself before. The question now is whether Amichi's pedigree holds up under the scrutiny that comes with it.
