FOO Opens Ninth Bombay Outpost in Borivali

Pan-Asian restaurant FOO has opened its ninth Bombay address at Sky City Mall in Borivali, marking the brand's latest suburban push in the city.

The menu, curated by Chef Eric Sifu, spans sushi, dim sum, Nikkei-style plates, and Peruvian ceviche. The space is built around recurring arches and features a double-height outdoor section, a design departure from FOO's typically interior-heavy formats.
